New Delhi , the 7th January 1975
S.O. 18 (F) . In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Delhi Special Police Establishment Act , 1946 (25 of 1946) . the Central Government hereby specifies the followinging offences as the offences which are to be investigated by the Delhi Special Police Establishment , namely:-
(a) Offences punishable under section 3 of the Explosive Substances Act , 1908 (6 of 1908) ;
(b) Offences punishable under section 120 - B of the Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860 ) ;
(c) attempts , abetments and conspiracics in relation to , or in connection with , any offence mentioned in clauses ( a) and (b) and any other offence committed in the course of the same transaction arising out of the same facts .

सा० प्रा० 18 ( श्र) . दिल्ली विशेष पुलिस स्थापना अधिनियम, 1946 ( 1946 का 25) की धारा 3 के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार , एतद्वारा , निम्नलिखित अपराधों को ऐसे अपराध निर्धारित करती है, जिनका अन्वेषण दिल्ली विशेष पुलिस स्थापना द्वारा किया जाना है, अर्थात्:-
(क ) विस्फोटक पदार्थ अधिनियम , 1908 ( 1908 का 6 ) की धारा 3 के अधीन दण्डनीय अपराध ।
( ख) भारतीय दण्ड संहिता ( 1860 का 45 ) की धारा 120 बी के अधीन दण्डनीय अपराध ।
( ग ) खण्ड ' क ' तथा खण्ड ' ख ' में उल्लिखित किसी अपराध के सम्बन्ध में या उससे सम्बन्धित प्रयत्न, दुष्प्रेरण और षडयंत्त्रों तथा उन्हीं तथ्यों से उत्पन्न हुई वैसी ही कार्रवाई के दौरान किया गया अन्य कोई अपराध ।

ORDER (Admluistrative Vigilance Division II) New Delhi , the 7th January 1975
S.O. 19 (E) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 5 , read with section 6 , of the Delhi Special Police Establishment Act , 1946 (25 of 1946) , and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Central Government with the consent of the Government of the State of Bihar , hereby extends the powersowers and jurisdiction of the members of the Delhi Special Police Establishment to the whole of the State of Bihar for the investigation of offences punishable under sections 3 and 4 of the Explosive Substances Act 1908 ( 6 of 1908 ) , and sections 302, 307 and 120 - B of the Indian Panel Code 1860 (45 of 1860) and attempts , abetments , and conspiracies in relation to , or in connection with , the said offences and any other offence committed in the course of the same transaction , in regard to case No. 1 , dated the 2nd January , 1975 , registered at the Samastipur Government Railway Police Station and case No. 1 dated the 2nd January, 1975 registered at the Samastipur Police Station in the State of Bihar .

मामला नं ० 1 दिनांक 2-1-1975 तथा बिहार राज्य में समस्तीपुर थाना में पंजीकृत मामला नं० 1 दिनांक 2-1-1975 के सम्बन्ध में विस्फोटक पदार्थ अधिनियम, 1908 ( 1908 का 6 ) की धारा 3 एवं 4 तथा भारतीय दण्ड संहिता 1860 ( 1860 का 45 ) की धारा 302 , 307 तथा 120 बी के अधीन दण्डनीय अपराधों तथा उक्त अपराध के सम्बन्ध में या उससे सम्बन्धित प्रयत्न, दुष्प्रेरण और षडयंत्र तथा उन्हीं तथ्यों से उत्पन्न हुई उसी कार्रवाई के दौरान किए गए अन्य अपराधों का अन्वेषण करने के लिए , दिल्ली विशेष पुलिस स्थापना के सदस्यों की शक्तियों एवं क्षेत्राधिकार का समस्त बिहार राज्य में विस्तार करती है ।
