S.O. 23 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Industries (De- velopment and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65of1951)read with rules 3 and 4 of the Central Advisory Council ( Procedural) Rules, 1952, the Central Government hereby appoints the following persons to be members of the Central Advisory Council for a period of two years from the dale of thin order, in place of members whose term has expired by efflux of time or otherwise :—
