NOTIFICATION
INCOME-TAX
New Delhi, the 10th January 1975
S.O. 25(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 295 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Board of Direct Taxes hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Income-tax Rules, 1962, namely:—
1. (1) These rules may be called the Income-tax (Amendment) Rules, 1975.
(2) They shall come into force on the 1st day of April, 1975.
2. In Appendix II to the Income-tax Rules, 1962, in Form No. 3, in PART I of ANNEX ORE D, in item 6, the figures, letters and word "80MM to" and the words abbre- viation, figure and letter "and attach Form No. 3C, if applicable" shall be omitted.
