ORDER
New Delhi, the 13th January 1975
S.O. 28(E).—Whereas by Orders of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour No. L-29011(57)/74-LRIV, dated the 17th December, 1974 and of even number dated the 13th January, 1975 the industrial dispute between the management of Sone Valley Port Land Cement Company Limited, Limestone Quarry, Post Office Baulia, District Rohtas and their workmen has been referred to the Central Government Industrial Tribunal, (No. 2) Dhanbad for adjudication:
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (14 of 1947). the Central Government hereby prohibits the continuance of the strike in existence in the said establishment in connection with the said dispute on the dates of the above references.
