EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi, the 15th January 1975
S.O. 30(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1947 (IK of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following order further to amend the Exports (Control) Order, 1968 namely;—
1. This Order may be called the Exports (Control) First Amendment Order, 1975.
2. In the Exports (Control) Order, 1968, in Schedule I, Part 'B' the following Sub-item shall be added alter item No. 27(vi):—
"(vii) Seeds of Ornamental Plants."
