S.O. 33 (E ) . Whereas 'a vacancy has occurred in the House of the People by reason of the resignation of Shri Fakhruddin Ali Ahmed , a member elected to that House from 6-Barpeta Parliamentary Constituency in the State of Assam:
Now , therefore , in pursuance of the provisions of sub - section ( 1 ) of section 149 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 ( 43 of 1951 ) , the ElectioElection Comission hereby Cher calls upon the said constituency to clect a person to fill the said vacancy before 21 February , 1975 , in accordance with the provisions of the said Act and of the Rules and Orders made thereunder.

का ० आ० 33 (प्र) . प्रतः, असम राज्य में के 6 - बारोटा नंनदीय निर्वाचन- क्षेत्र से लोक सभः के लिए निर्वाचित सदस्य श्री फखरुद्दीन अली अहमद द्वारा त्याग पत्त्र दे दिए जाने के कारण उस सभा में एक स्थान रिक्त हो गया है :

श्रतः, श्रब , लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 43 ) की धारा 149 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के उपबन्धों के अनुसरण में निर्वाचन आयोग उक्त निर्वाचन क्षेत्र से एतद्वारा अपेक्षा करता है कि वह ऐसे हुई रिक्षित को भरने के लिए 21 फरवरी, 1975 से पूर्व , उक्त अधिनियम के और तीन बनाए गए नियमों और आदेशों के उपबन्धों के अनुसार एक व्यक्ति निर्वाचित कर दें ।

S.O. 34 ( E ) . In pursuance of the provisions of section 30 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 , (43 of 1951 ) , the Election Commission hereby appoints , with respect to the bye - election to be held in 6 - Barpeta Parliamentary Constituency in the State of Assam in pursuance of its notification No. 100/ AS - HP/ 1 / 74 / ( Byc ) ( 1 ) , dated 17th Janu- ary, 1975 :
(a) the 24th January , 1975 ( Friday) as the last date for making nominations ;
(b) the 25th January , 1975 ( Saturday) as the date for the scrutiny of nominations ;
(c) the 27th January , 1975 (Monday) as the last date for the withdrawal of candi- datures;
(d) the 16th February , 1975 (Sunday) as the date on which a poll shall, if necessary , be taken; and
(e) the 21st February , 1975 ( Friday ) as the date before which the election shall be completed .

का० ग्रा ० 34 ( प्र) लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 43) की धारा 30 के उपबन्धो के अनुसरण में निर्वाचन आयोग अपनी अधिसूचना सं ० 100 / असम-लो० स०/1 / 74/ उप ( 1 ) , तारीख 17 जनवरी , 1975 के अनुसरण में असम राज्य में के 6-बारपेटा संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र से होने वाले उप- निर्वाचन के बारे में
(क ) नामनिर्देशन करने के लिए अन्तिम तारीख 24 जनवरी , 1975 ( शुक्रवार) ;
25 जनवरी , 1975 ( शनिवार) ;
(ख ) नामनिर्देशनों की संवीक्षा की तारीख
27 जनवरी , 1975 ( सोमवार ) ;
( ग) अभ्यथिता वापस लेने की अन्तिम तारीख
16 फरवरी , 1975 ( रविवार ) ; तथा ( घ ) वह तारीख जिसको यदि श्रावश्यक हो, तो मतदान होगा
(ङ) वह तारीख जिसके पूर्व निर्वाचन समाप्त कर 21 फरवरी , 1975 ( शुक्रवार ) । दिया जाएगा ।
एतद्वारा नियत करता है ।

5.0 . 35 (E ) -In pursuance of section 56 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951 ) , the Election Commission hereby fixes the hours from 7.00 A.M. to 5.00 Ρ.Μ. as the hours during which a poll shall, if necessary , be taken for the bye- election to the House of the People from 6 -Barpeta Parliamentary Constituency to be held in pursuance of its notification No.No. 100 / AS- HP / 1 / 74 (Bye ) ( 1 ) , dated 17th January , 1975 .

का० श्रा० 35 ( प्र) लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 43) की धारा 56 के अनुसरण में निर्वाचन आयोग अपनी अधिसुचना सं ० 100 /असम -लो० स० / 1 / 74 / उप ( 1 ) , तारीख 17 जनवरी , 1975 के अनुसरण में लोक सभा के लिए 6 बारपेटा संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र से होने वाले निर्वाचन के लिए 7 बजे पूर्वाल से 5 बजे अपराह्न तक का समय उस समय के रूप में एतद्वारा नियत करता है जिसके दौरान यदि आवश्यक हो तो , मतदान होगा ।
