MINISTRY OF INDUSTRY AND CIVIL SUPPLIES (Department of Industrial Development) ORDER New Delhi, the 17th January 1975
S.O. 36(E)/18FB/IDRA/75.—Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industry Development (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 34(E)/18FB/IDRA/73, dated the 19th January, 1973, (hereinafter referred to as the said Order), the Central Government in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 18FB of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951) declared that the operation of all contracts, assurances of property, agreements, settlements, awards, standing orders or other instruments in force immediately before the date of issue of the said Order in the Official Gazette (other than those relating to secured liabilities to banks and financial institutions) to which the industrial undertaking known as Messrs Containers and Closures Limited, Calcutta, is a party or which may be applicable to the said industrial undertaking shall remain suspended upto the 18th January, 1974 and that all the rights, privileges, obli- gations and liabilities accruing or arising thereunder before the said date shall remain suspended upto the 18th January, 1974;
And whereas the Central Government in the late Ministry of Industrial Development by Order No. 41(E)/IDRA/74, dated the 17th January, 1974, extended the duration of the said Order upto the 18th January, 1975;
