ORDER
New Delhi, the 17th January 1975
S.O. 39(EQ/18FB/IDRA/7E.—Whereas by the Order of the Government, of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 36(E)/18FB/IDRA/73, dated the 19th January, 1973, (hereinafter referred to as the said Order), the Central Government in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 18FB of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951) declared that the operation of all or any of the contracts, assurances of property, agreements, settlements, awards, or other instruments in force immediately before the publication of the said Order in the Official Gazette (other than those relating to banks and financial institutions) to which the industrial undertaking known as Messrs. Indian Rubber Manufacturers Limited, Calcutta, is a party or which may be applicable to the said industrial undertaking shall remain suspended upto the 18th January, 1974 and all rights, privileges, obligations and liabilities accruing or arising thereunder before the said date shall remain suspended upto the 18th January, 1974;
And. whereas, the Central Government in the late Ministry of Industrial Development by Order No, S.O. 42(E)/IDRA/74. dated the 17th January, 1974, extended the duration of the said Order upto the 18th January. 1975;
And, whereas, the Central Government is satisfied that the duration of the said Order should be extended for a further period of one year commencing from 19th January, 1975;
