ORDER

New Delhi, the 20th January 1975

G.S.R. 13(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 34 of the Defence of India Act, 1971 (42 of 1971), and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Department of Supply No. G.S.R. 515(E) [No. PIII- 10(l)/71] dated the 5th December. 1973, the Central Government hereby directs that the powers conferred upon it by sub-rule (2) of rule 114 of the Defence of India Rules, 1971, shall be exercised also by the officers mentioned below:—

1. The Deputy Director General (Supplies and Disposals) at Calcutta.
