New Delhi, the 20th January 1975

S.O. 43(E).—In pursuance of sub-paragraph (1) of paragraph 4 of the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 1970, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amend- ments to the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Petroleum, Chemi- cals, Mines and Metals (Department of Mines & Metals) No. S.O. 1873, dated the 18th May, 1970, namely:—

In the Table annexed to the said Order, against serial No. 10 Chloroquin Phosphate, in column (2), for the letters, figures and words "Rs. 259.53 per kg.," the letters, figures and word "Rs. 31100 per kg.," shall be substituted.
