New Delhi, the 21st January 1975

8.0. 44(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 53 of the North Eastern Areas (Reorganisation) Act, 1971 (81 of 1971), the Central Government hereby directs that the Assam State Warehousing Corporation which was established underthe Warehousing Corporation Act, 1962 (58 of 1962), for the State of Assam as it existed immediately before the 21st day of January, 1972 and which has continued to function under sub-section (1) of that section, shall cease to function as from, and shall be dissolved on the 21st day of January, 1975.
