New Delhi , the 22nd January 1975
S.O..45 (E ) . Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour No. S.O. 31 (E) , daed the 16th January , 1975, the Central Government had prohibited any strike inin the ports and docks at Bombay , Cochin , Kandla , Madras , Mor- mugao , Paradip and Visakhapatnam under rule 118 of the Defence of India Rules , 1971; And whereas the situation in the said ports and docks has now become normal;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by the said rule 118 , the Central Government hereby rescinds the aforesaid Order .

का० भा ० 45 ( प्र) .-- प्रतः भारत सरकार के श्रम मंत्रालय के आदेश संख्या का ० आ ०31 ( ई ) , दिनांक 16 जनवरी , 1975 द्वारा केन्द्रीय सरकार ने भारत रक्षा नियम 1971 के नियम 118 के अधीन

किसी हड़ताल को बम्बई , कोचीन , काण्डला , मद्रास , मोर्मुगावो, पारादीप और विशाखापत्तनम में पत्तनों और बोदियों में प्रतिबिद्ध कर दिया था ।
और यतः अब उक्त पत्तनों और गोदियों में स्थिति सामान्य हो गई है ;
अतः अब उक्त नियम 118 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार पूर्वोक्त आवेश को एतद्वारा विखण्डित करती है ।

Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour No. S.O. 589 ( E ) , dated the 6th October , 1974 , the Central Government had de- clared employment in the port and docks at Calcutta as an employment to which rule 119 of the Defence of India Rules , 1971 applies ;
And whereas the situation in the said port and docks has now become normal;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by the said rule 119 , the Central Government hereby rescinds the aforesaid Order .

का० प्रा० 46 ( श्र ) यतः भारत सरकार के श्रम मंत्रालय के आवेश संख्या का ० श्रा ० 589 ( ई ) दिनांक 6 अक्तूबर , 1974 द्वारा केन्द्रीय सरकार ने कलकत्ता में पत्तन तथा गोवियों में नियोजन को एक ऐसे नियोजन के रुप में घोषित कर दिया था जिस पर भारत रक्षा नियम, 1971 का नियम 119 लागू होता है ;
और यतः अब उक्त पत्तन तथा गं दिनों में स्थिति सामान्य हो गई है ;
अतः अब उक्त नियम 119 द्वारा प्रदत्त एतद्वारा पूर्वोक्त आदेश को विखण्डित करती है । शक्तियों का प्रयोग करने हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार

का० श्रा ० 47 ( श्र ) -यतः भारत सरकार के श्रम मंत्रालय के आदेश संख्या का ० प्रा ० 600 ( ई ) , दिनांक 8 अक्तूबर, 1974 द्वारा केन्द्रीय सरकार ने भारत रक्षा नियम, 1971 , के नियम 118 के अधीन किसी हड़ताल को कलकत्ता में पत्तन और गोदियों में प्रतिबिद्ध कर दिया था ।
और यतः अब उक्त पत्तन तथा गोदियों में स्थिति सामान्य हो गई है ;
अतः अब उक्त नियम 118 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , फेन्द्रीय सरकार पूर्वोक्त आदेश को एतद्वारा विखण्डित करती है ।
