IMPORT TRADE CONTROL

SUBJECT.—Import Policy for Registered Exporters for the period April 1974—March 1975. No. 5-ITC(PN)/75.—Attention is invited to the Import Policy for Registered Exporters as contained in the Import Trade Control Policy (Red Book-Volume II) for the period April 1974—March 1975 published under the Ministry of Commerce Public Notice No. 44-ITC(PN)/74, dated the 2nd April, 1974.

2. The following items are classifiable under the Product Group "A. ENGINEERING GOODS" and shall be deemed to have been inserted alphabetically in 'Section IV-Classifi- cation of the Export Products' of the above Red Book:—

(i) Powder diodes A.74.4

(ii) Forming Mill Rollers . . .. A.101.1

3 The following changes may be made in Section IV of the said Red Book;—

(i) The existing entry "Sandal Wool Oil . . . . B. 27,1" appearing on page xxxii of Section lV-Classification of the Export Products' of the aforesaid Red Book may be deemed to have been deleted,

(ii) The existing entry •'Electrical accessories made of metal and plastic. .. .A.79" appearing on page (xi> of the Index of the aforesaid Red Book may be deemed to have been deleted,
