NOTIFICATIONS
Government of India in the late No. S.O. 1855 dated the 12th the Coal Bearing Areas ( Acqui- Central Government gave notice S.O. 50 ( E ) . Whereas by the notification of the Ministry of Steel and Mines , ( Department of Mines ) July , 1974, issued under sub- section ( i ) of Section 7 of sition and Development ) Act . 1957 ( 20 of 1957 ) , the of its intention to acquire lands in the locality specified in the schedule appended to that notification ;
And whereas the competent authority in pursuance of section 8 of the said Act has made his report to the Central Government ;
And whereas the Central Government after considering the report aforesaid and after consulting the Government of Uttar Pradesh is satisfied that the lands measuring 2800.00 acres ( approximately ) or 1133.10 hectares ( approximately ) , described in schedule appended hereto , should be acquired . the
Now , therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 9 of the said Act , the Central Government hereby declares that the hands measuring 2800.00 acres ( approximately ) or 1133.10 hectares ( approximately ) described in the said schedule are hereby acquired .
2. The plans of the area covered by this notification may be inspected in the Office of the Collector ,. Mirzapur ( Uttar Pradesh ) or in the Office of the Cod Controller. 1. Council House Strect , Calcutta or in the Office of the National Coal Development Corporation Limited ( Revenue Section ) , Darbhanga House , Ranchi ( Bihar ) .

का० प्रा ० 50 ( श्र ) . यनः कोयला वाले क्षेत्र ( अर्जन और विकास ) अधिनियम, 1957 (1957 का 20 ) की धारा 7 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के अधीन जारी की गई , भारत सरकार के इसान और खान मंत्रालय (खान विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं ० का ० ग्रा० 1855 , तारीख 12 जुल THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY

1974 द्वारा केन्द्रीय सरकार ने उन अधिसूचना से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट परिपत्र में भूमियों को अर्जित करने के अपने आणय की सूचना दी थी ;
और यतः सक्षम प्राधिकारी ने उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 8 के अनुमरण में, केन्द्रीय सरकार को अपनी रिपोर्ट दे दी है;
और यतः केन्द्रीय सरकार का पूर्वोक्त रिपोर्ट पर विचार करने के पश्चात और उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार से परामर्श करने के पश्चात , यह समाधान हो गया है कि 2800.00 एकड़ ( लगभग ) या 1133.10 हेक्टेवर ( लगभग ) वाली भूमियां जो इससे उपाबद्ध अन्पची में वर्णिन है अर्जित की जानी चाहिए;
अतएव, अब उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 9 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करने हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार एनद्वाग घोषिन करती है कि उक्त अनुसूची में णित 2800.00 एकड़ ( लगभग ) या 1133. 10 हेक्टेवर ( लगभा ) वाली भूमियां एतद्वारा अर्जित की जाती हैं ।
2. इस अधिसूचना के अन्तर्गत आने वाले क्षेत्र के रेखांकों का निरीक्षण क्लक्टर, मिर्जापुर (उतर प्रदेश ) के कार्यालय में या कोयला नियंत्रक के कार्यालय , 1 , कौंसिल स्ट्रीट कलकत्ता में या राष्ट्रीय कोथला विकास निगम लिमिटेड ( राजस्व अनुभाग ) के कार्यालय , दरभंगा हाउस , रांची ( बिहार ) में किया जा सकेगा ।

O. 3158-3159 dated the 19th August , 1971 , under sub - section ( 1 ) of section 7 of the Coal Bearing Areas (Acquisirion and Development ) Act , 1957 (20 of 1957 ) published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary dated 24th August , 1971 , Part II , section 3 , sub - section ( ii ) , the Central Government gave notice of its intention to acquire the lands described in the schedule apperded to that notifica tion;
AND WHEREAS the competent authority in pursuance of section 8 of the said Act has made his report to the Central Government ;
AND WHEREAS the Central Government , after considering the report aforesaid , and after consulting the Government of Bihar , is satisfied that out of the lands described in the schedule to the said notification the lands measuring 2557.00 acres (approximately ) or 1034.77 hectares (approximately ) described in the schedule appended hereto should be acquired ;
NOW THEREFORE , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 9 of the said Acr , the Central Government hereby declares that the lands measuring 2557-00 acres (approximately ) or 1034.77 hectares ( approximately ) descrilbed in the said schedule be acquired .
2. The plans of the area covered by this notification may be inspected in the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Hazaribagh (Bihar ) or in the office of the Coal Controller , I , Council House Street, Calcutta or in the office of the National Coal Develpoment Corporation Limited (Revenue Section ) , Darbhanga House , Ranchi (Bihar) .

फा० प्रा० 51 ( श्र) . नतः कोयला वाले क्षेत्र ( अर्जन और विकास ) अधिनियम, 1957 (1957 का 20 ) की धारा 7 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के अधीन, भारत सरकार के इस्पात और खान मंत्रालय (खान विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं ० का ० श्रा ० 3158-3159 , तारीख 19 अगस्त , 1971 द्वारा , जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, तारीख 24 अगस्त, 1971 के भाग 2 , खण्ड 3. उधखण्ड ( ii ) में प्रकाशित हुई थी, केन्द्रीय सरकार ने उस अधिसूचना से उपावद्ध अनुसूची में वर्णिन भूमियों को जित करने के अपने आशय की सूचना दी थी ;
और यनः सक्षम प्राधिकारी ने उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 8 के अनुसरण में केन्द्रीय सरकार को अपनी रिपोर्ट दी है ;
और यतः केन्द्रीय सरकार का , पूर्वोक्त रिपोर्ट पर विचार करने के पश्चात् और बिहार सरकार से परामर्श करने के पश्चात्, यह समाधान हो गया है कि उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY

वर्णित भूमियों में से 2557.00 एकड़ ( लगभग ) या 1034.77 हेक्टेयर ( लगभग ) बाली भूमित्रां , जो इसे उनबद्ध अनुसूची में वर्णित हैं, र्जित की जानी चाहिए ;
अनएव , अब , उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 9 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा घोषित करती है कि उक्त अनुसूची में वर्गित 2557.00 एकड़ ( जगभग ) या 1034.77 हेक्टेयर ( लगभग ) वालो भूमियां एतद्वारा अर्जित की जाती हैं ।
2. इन अधिसूचना के अन्तर्गत आने वाले क्षेत्र के रेखांकों का निरीक्षण उपायुक्त , हजारीबाग (बिहार ) के कार्यालय में या कोयला- नियंत्रण के कार्यालय , 1 , कौंसिल हाउस स्ट्रीट , कलकत्ता में या राष्ट्रीय कोनला विकास निगम लिमिटेड ( राजस्व अनुभाग ) के कार्यालय दरभंगा हाऊस, रांगो ( बिहार) में किया जा सकेगा ।
