NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 24th January 1975
S.O. 52(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Essential Commo- dities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation No. S.O. 743(E), dated the 31st December, 1974, the Central Government hereby directs that the powers conferred on it by section 3 of the said Act to make orders under Clauses (c), (d), (f), (h), (i) and (j) of sub-section (2) of that Section shall, in relation to the cattle fodder of any of the varieties specified in the Schedule hereto annexed be exerciseable also by the Collectors of Ahmedabad. Amreli, Kutch, Kaira, Gandhinagar, Jamnagar, Junagadh, Dangs, Panchum- ahals, Banaskantha. Broach, Bhavnagar, Mehsana, Rajkot, Baroda, Sabarkantha, Surendra- nagar, Surat and Bulsar districts of Gojarat State in their respective districts upto the 31st March, 1975.
