ORDER
New Delhi, the 27th January 1975
S.O. 53(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 18G of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951). the, Central Government hereby makes the following order further to amend the Scooters (Distribution and Sale) Control Order, 1960, namely:—
1. (1) This Order may be called the Scooters (Distribution and Sale) Control (Amendment) Order, 1975.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In sub-clause (d) of Clause 2 of the Scooters (Distribution and Sale) Control Order, 1960, for item (ii), the following item shall be substituted, namely:—
