No. F. A. 11013/E/122/72-Ad.IV.—In supersession of the orders contained in their Resolution F. No. A. H013/E/122/72-Ad.IV, dated the 6th November, 1974, the Gov- ernment of India 'nave decided that the Tobacco Excise Tariff (Expert) Committee will submit its report to the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) before the 28th February, 1975.

ORDEROrdered that a copy of the Resolution be communicated to all concerned and that it be published in the Gazette of India for general information. H. N. RAY, Secy. ( 7 7)
