G.S.R. 38 ( E ) . - Whereas in accordance with sub - section ( 4 ) of section 4 of the Insecti- cides Act , 1968 ( 46 of 1968 ) ( hereinafter referred to as the said Act ) , the following members of the Central Insecticides Board ( hereinafter referred to as the said Board ) have ceased to be the members of the said Board on the expiry of three years from the date of their nomination:-
1. Dr. S. K. Kashyap , Senior Scientific Officer . Toxicology Research Institute , All India Institute of Medical Sciences , New Delni .
2. Dr. V. N. Rao , Joint Director of Health Services , Poona .
3. Director of Agriculture , Punjab , Chandigarh .
4. Director of Agriculture , Tamil Nadu . Madras .
5. Dr. H. 1 .. B..mi , Director , Central Forensic Science Laboratory , Ministry of
Home Affairs , New Delhi . 6. Secretary , Central Insecticides Board.
And whereas in pursuance of clause (xvi ) of sub - section (3 ) and (4 ) of section 4 of the said Act , the Central Government hereby re - nominates Dr. S. K. Kashyap , now Assistant Director , National Institute of Occupational Health , Ahmedabad ; as a member of the said Board;
And whereas in pursuance of clause ( xvii ) of sub - section ( 3 ) of section 4 of the said Act , the Central Government hereby nominates Additional Director of Medical and Health Services (Public Health ) Andhra Pradesh . Hyderabad , as a member of the said Board; vice Dr. V. N. Rao . Joint Director of Health Services , Poona ;

And whereas in pursuance of clause (xviii ) of sub - section ( 3 ) of section 4 of the said Act , the Central Government hereby nominates Director of Agriculture , Gujarat , and Director of Agriculture , West Bengal ; as members of the said Board vice Director of Agriculture , Punjab , and Director of Agriculture , Tamil Nadu , respectively ;
And whereas in pursuance of clause ( xix ) of sub- section ( 3 ) and ( 4) of section 4 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby re - nominates Dr. H. L. B'ami, Director , Central Forensic Laboratory , Ministry of Home Affaire, New Delhi , and Secretary , Central Insecticides Board , as members of the said Board ;
Now , therefore , in pursuance of section 4 of the said Act , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notifications of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Food , Agriculture , Community Development and Co - operation (Department of Agriculture ) No. G.S.R. 301 , dated the 27th February , 1971 .
In the said notification , under the heading ' Members Nominated' , for items ( xiii ) , (xiv) , (xviii ) and ( xix) and the entries relating thereto , the following items and entries shall respectively be substituted, namely:-
" ( xiii ) Director of Agriculture , Gujarat , Ahmedabad , vice Director of Agriculture , Punjab , Chandigarh;
(xiv) Director of Agriculture , West Bengal , Calcutta , vice Director of Agriculture , Tamil Nadu , Madras ;
(xviii ) Medical Toxicologist Dr. S. K. Kashyap , Assistant Director , National Insti- tute of Occupational Health , Ahmedabad ; and
(xix) Incharge of the Department dealing with public health in a State Additional Director of Medical and Health Services ( Public Health ) , Andhra Pradesh , Hyderabad vice Dr. V. N. Rao , Joint Director of Health Services , Poona ; " .

सा० का मि ० 38 ( प्र ) -यतः कीटनाशी अधिनियम, 1968 ( 1968 का 46 ) ( जिसे इसमें इसके पश्वात् उक्त अधिनियम कड़ा गया है ) की धारा 4 की उपधारा ( 4 ) के अनुसार, केन्द्रीय कीट- नाशी बोर्ड ( जिसे इनमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त बोर्ड कहा गया है ) के निम्नलिखित सदस्य , उनके नामनिर्देशन की तारीख से तीन वर्ष की समाप्ति पर उक्त बोर्ड के सदस्य नहीं रहे हैं :--
1. डा ० एस ० के ० कश्यन , ज्येष्ठ वैज्ञानिक अधिकारी , विष विज्ञान अनुसंधान संस्थान , आल ण्डिया इंस्टिट्यूट आफ मेडिकल साइंसेज , नई दिल्ली ।
2. डा ० वी० एन ० रात्र , संयुक्त निदेशक , स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं, पूना ।
3. कृषि निदेशक , पंजाब , चण्डीगढ़ ।
4. कृषि निदेशक , तामिलनाडु , मद्रास ।
5. डा ० एच ० एल ० बामी , निदेशक, केन्द्रीय न्याय विज्ञान प्रयोगशाला , गृह मंत्रालय, नई दिल्ली ।
6. सचिव , केन्द्रीय कीटनाशी बोर्ड ।
और यतः केन्द्रीय सरकार, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 4 की उपधारा ( 3 ) और ( 4) के खण्ड ( xxi ) के अनुसरण में , डा ० एस ० के ० कश्यप को , जो इस समय महायक निदेशक , राष्ट्रीय 181 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY

ब्यावसायिक स्वास्थ्य संस्थान , अहमदाबाद हैं , एतद्वारा उक्त बोर्ड के सदस्य के रूप में पुनः नाम- निर्देशित करती है ;
और यतः केन्द्रीय सरकार , उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 4 की उपधारा ( 3 ) के खण्ड ( xiii ) के अनुसरण में , अपर निदेशक, चिक्रित्मा और स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं ( लोक स्वास्थ्य) , आन्ध्र प्रदेश , हैदराबाद को एतद्वारा डा ० वी० एन ० रात्र, संयुक्त निदेशक , स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं , के स्थान पर उक्त बोर्ड के सदस्य के रूप में नामनिर्देशित करती है ;
श्रीर यतः केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 4 की उपधारा ( 3 ) के खण्ड ( xviii ) के अनुसरण में, कृषि निदेशक, गुजरात और कृषि निदेशक , पश्चिम बंगाल को एतद्वारा क्रमशः कृषि निदेशक , पंजाब और कृषि निदेशक, तमिलनाडु के स्थान पर उक्त बोर्ड के सदस्यों के रूप में नामनिर्देशित करती है ;
और यतः केन्द्रीय सरकार , उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 4 की उपधारा ( 3 ) और ( 4 ) के खण्ड (xix ) के अनुसरण में , डा ० एच ० एल ० बामी, निदेशक , केन्द्रीय न्याय विज्ञान प्रयोगशाला, गृह मंत्रालय नई दिल्ली और सचिव , केन्द्रीय कीटनाशी बोर्ड को एाद्वारा उक्त बोर्ड के सदस्यों के रूप में पुन. नामनिर्देशित करती है ;
अतएव अब केन्द्रीय सरकार , उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 4 के अनुसरण में , भारत सरकार के भूतपूर्व खाद्य , कृषि, सामुदायिक विकास और सहकारिता मंत्रालय ( कृषि विभाग) की अधिसूचना सं० सा ० का ० नि ० 301 , तारीख 22 फरवरी , 1971 में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है ।
उक्त अधिसूचना में " नामनिर्देशित सदस्य " शीर्षक के नीचे मद (xiii ) , (xiv ), (xviii ) और ( xix ) तथा उनसे सम्बंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, क्रमशः निम्नलिखित मदें और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी , अर्थात्: ---
(xiii) कृषि निदेशक, पंजाब , चण्डीगढ़ के स्थान पर कृषि निदेशक , गुजरात अहमदाबाद ;
(xiv) कृषि निदेशक , तमिलनाडु , मद्रास के स्थान पर कृषि निदेशक , पश्चिम बंगाल , कलकत्ता ;
(xviii) चिकित्सा विध विज्ञानी डा ० एस ० के ० कश्यप सहायक निदेशक , राष्ट्रीय व्यावसायिक स्वास्थ्य संस्थान , अहमदाबाद तथा ( xix ) राज्य में लोक स्वास्थ्य से सम्बन्धित विभाग का भारसाधक डा ० वी० एन ० राव, संयुक्त निदेशक , स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं , पूना के स्थान पर अपर निदेशक चिकित्सा और स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं (लोक स्वास्थ्य ) अन्ध्र प्रदेश , हैदराबाद ; "
