NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 6th February 1975
G.S.R. 45(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 23 of the Prevention of Food Adulteration Act, 1954 (37 of 1954), the Central Government hereby extends the date, specified for the purpose of inviting objections or suggestions on the draft of the Prevention of Food Adulteration (Second Amendment) Rules, 1974, published with the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Health and Family Planning (Department of Health) No. G.S.R. 1145, dated the 26th October, 1974, from the 26th November, 1974 to the 20th February, 1975.
Any objections or suggestions which may be received from any person with respect to the said draft rules on or before the 20th February, 1975, will be considered by the Central Government.
