New Delhi , the 17th February 1975
No. DII -451 ( 16/5) /73.-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the United Nations ( Privileges and Immunities) Act, 1974 (46 of 1974) , the Central Govern- ment hereby declares that the provisions contained in the Notification of even number dated the 30th August , 1973 and subsequently extended vide Notifications of the saте number dated the 23rd February , 1974 and the 23rd August , 1974 , published in the Gazette of India , Part III , Section 2 , shall continue to apply to the International Committee of the Red Cross and its delegates for a further period of six months .

सं० हो-हो-451 ( 16/5) / 73.--संपृक्त राष्ट्र (विशेषाधिकार एवं उन्मुक्तियां ) अधिनियम, 1947 ( 1947 का 46त्रां ) के खण्ड 3 में पश्त अधिकारों का उपयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार एनद्वारा घोषणा करती है कि भारत राजस्त्र के भाग-3, खण्ड 2 में प्रकाशित समसंख्यक अधिसूचना दिनांक 30 अगस्त , 1973 और बाद में मनमंख्यक अधिसूचनाएं दिनांक 23 फरवरी, 1974 और 23 अगस्त , 1974 में जिनकी अवधि बढ़ाई गई थी वह अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय रेड क्राम समिति और उसके प्रतिनिधियों पर अगले छह माह तक लाग रहेगी ।
