No. DRAWBACK / PN- 34 / 75.- Under rule 4 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules , 1971 (Notification No. 52 /F . No. 602 / 2 / 70 - DBK , published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary, dated the 25th August , 1971 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK /PN - 1 , dated the 15th October , 1971 : -

Provided that the above rate shall apply only if the manufacturer certifies on the Shipping Bill at the time of export and also produces evidence to the satisfcation of the Collector of Cus- toms that such sisal ropes have been wholly manufactured from grades 1 , 3 - L , 2 , 3 and UG of sisal fibre .
(b ) Manila Ropes manufactured in ac- cordance with BSS 2052/1953 .
R9 . 2570-20 (Rupees two thousand five hundred seventy and paise twenty only) per tonne .
Provided that the above rate shall apply only if the manufacturer certifies on the Shippirg Bill at the time of export and also produces evidence to satisfaction of the Collector of Customs that such manila ropes have been wholly manufactured from grades S - 1 , S - 2 , S - 3 , G , I and J.Ks varities of manila hemp fibres .
(c) All other ropes , lines , cordages , twines and slings made wholly or partly from sisal fibre and / or manila hemp fibre .
( i) Sısal fibre content .
Rs . 1241 70 (Rupees one thousand two hundred forty one and paise seventy only) per tonne .
(ii ) Manila hemp fibre content .
Rs . 2323 15 (Rupees two thousand three hundred twenty three and paise fifteen only) per tonne .

सं ० प्रतिश्रवायगी पी ० एम ० 34/75.--सीमाशुल्क तथा केन्द्रीय उत्पादनशुष्क प्रतिश्रवाभगी नियमावली, 1971 ( भारत के राजपत्त्र असाधारण दिनांक , 25 अगस्त 1971 में प्रकाशित अधि- सूचना सं ० 52 फा ० सं ० 62/2/70 प्र ० अ ० के नियम 4 के अधीन केन्द्रीय सरकार सार्वजनिक सूचना प्रतिश्रदायगी/ पी ० एन 1 , दिनांक 15 अक्तूबर , 1971 में प्रकाशित सारणी में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है:-

बशर्ते कि उपयुक्त दर केवल तब लागू होगी यदि निर्माता पोत परिवहन बिल पर निर्यात के समय यह प्रमाणित करता है तथा सीमाशुल्क समाहर्ता के समाधान के लिये यह साक्ष्य प्रस्तुत करता है । कि इस पहार के तुतली के रस्सों का निर्माण पूर्णतया सिसल तन्तुओं के ग्रेड 1,3 एल , 2,3 तथा यू ० जी ० से किया गया है ।
2570.20 रुपये ( केवल दो हजार पांच सौ सत्तर रुपये और बीस पैसे ) प्रति टन ।
(ख ) बी० एस ० एस ० 2052-1953 के अनुसार निर्मित मनीला रस्से ।
परन्तु उपर्युक्त दर केवल तब लागू होगी यदि निर्माता पोत परिवहन बिल पर निर्यात के समय प्रमाण पत्र देता है तथ। सःमा शुत्रक सभाहर्ता के समाधान के लिये यह साक्ष्य प्रस्तुत करता है कि इस प्रकार के मनीला रस्से पूर्णत: मनःन सन तन्तुओं के ग्रेड एस 1 , एस 2 , एस 3 , जो० 1 तथा जे के ० किस्मों से निर्मित किये गये हैं ।
(ग ) खिसल तन्तु तथा/अथवा मनीला सन तन्तु से पूर्णतः अथवा अशतः निमित सभी अन्य रस्से, लाइनें , जहाजा रस्से दुआइन स्लिंग्स । तथा
( i ) खिसल तन्तु अन्तर्थस्तु 1241.70 रुपये ( केवल एक हजार वो सौ इकतालीस रुपये और सत्तर पैसे ) प्रति टन ।
( ii ) मनीला सन तन्तु अन्तर्वस्तु ।
2323.15 रुपये ( केवल दो हजार, तीन सौ तेइस रुपये और पन्द्रह पैसे ) प्रति टन ।
