G.S.R. 139(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the follow- ing Order further to amend the Furnace. Oil (Fixation of Ceiling Prices and Distribution) Order, 1974, namely:—
1. (i) This Order may be called the Furnace Oil (Fixation of Ceiling Prices and Dis- tribution) Amendment Order, 1975.
(ii) It shall come into force at once. 2. In the Second Schedule appended to the Furnace Oil (Fixation of Ceiling Prices and Distribution) Order, 1974, for the entries under "Basic Ceiling Selling Prices of Furnace Oil in bulk pes kilometre," the following shall be substituted, namely:—
