New Delhi , the 5th March 1975
G.S.K. 140 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - sections (2) and (3 ) of section 3 of the Central Excises and Salt Act , 1944 ( 1 of 1944) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance ) No. 4/74 Central Excises , dated the 12th January , 1974 , the Central Government hereby fixes for Asbestos Cement Products [ falling under Item No. 23C of the First Schedule to the said Act ] , specified in column ( 2 ) of the Table below, the tariff value specified in the corresponding entry in column (3 ) of the said Table .

सा ० का ० नि०140 ( श्र ) -केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क और नमक अधिनियम , 1944 ( 1944 का 1) की धारा 3 को उपधारा ( 2 ) और ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व और श्रीमा विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं ० 4174 केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क, तारीख 12 जनवरी , 1974 को अधिक्रांत करने हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार ( उक्त अधिनियम की प्रथम अनुसूची की मृद सं ० 23 ग के अन्तगत आने वाले ) एस्बेस्टास सोमेंट उत्पाद के संबंध में , जो नीचे की सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) म विनिर्दिष्ट हैं, उक्त सारणो के स्तम्भ ( 3 ) में को तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट दैरिफ मूल्य नियत करती है :--

1780 1 ऐसी दाव नलिका जिनका विनिर्माण भा ० माः 1592-1960 और भा ० माः 1592-1970 के वर्ग 1 से 5 तक के विनिर्देशों के अनुसार किया गया हो किन्तु जो लम्बाई में 3 मीटर और उससे अधिक हों ।
