G.S.R. 142(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following amend- ment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Depart- ment of Revenue and Insurance) No. 58/75-Ccntral Excises, dated the 1st March, 1975, namely:—
In the said notification, for the words and figure "of goods falling under the said Item No. 68", the words "of any goods" shall be substituted.
