G.S.R. 143(E).—In pursuance of rule 96J of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby directs that in the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No. 154/74-Central Excises, dated the 30th November, 1974, for the words and figures "Rs. 75.00 psr quarter, orRs. 300.00 per year", the words, and figures "Rs. 100.00 per quarter, or Rs. 400.00 per year" shall be substituted.
