ORDER

New Delhi, the 1th March 1975

S.O. 129(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Essential Com- modities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 1970, namely:—

1. (i) This Order may be called the Drugs (Prices Control) Amendment Order, 1975.

(ii) It shall come into force on the 1st day of May, 1975.

2. In paragraph 15 of the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 1970,

after the words "Central Government", the words "or the price displayed on the label of the container of the formulation whichever is less", shall be in- serted.
