IMPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi, the 12th March 1975
SUBJECT.—Licensing conditions relating to import from Canada of equipment and/or machinery and/or services under Canadian Development Line of Credit, dated 16th July, 1971 as amended on March 31, 1973 for C$ 20 million.
No. 20-ITC(PN)/75.—Attention is invited to Ministry of Commerce Public Notice No. 139-ITC(PN)/73, dated 23-8-73, and Public Notice No. 41-TTC(PN)/74, dated 20-3-74.
2. Para 2 of Annexure to the Public Notice No. 139-TTC(PN)/73, dated 23-8-73 may be substituted as follows:—
"2. All shipments and payments must be completed before the 30th June, 1976. Individual payments must be arranged upon shipment of goods. No credit facility of any kind will be permitted."
3. Other conditions of the Public Notices referred to in para 1 above remain un- changed.
