NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 13th March, 1975
G.S.R.148 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Government Savings Certificates Act, 1959 (46 of 1959), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the National Savings Certificates (V Issue) Rules, 1973, namely :—
1. (i) These rules may be called the National Savings Certificates (V Issue) (Amendment) Rules, 1975.
(ii) They shall come into force on the 1st July, 1975.
2. In the National Savings Certificates (V Issue) Rules, 1973—
(i) in rule 3, for the letters, figures and word "Rs. 10, Rs. 50 and Rs. 100", the letters and figures and word "Rs. 10, Rs. 50, Rs.100, Rs. 500 and Rs. 1000" shall be substituted;
