ORDER

New Delhi, the 11th March 1975

S.O. l42(E)/15/IDRA/75.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 15 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry & Civil Supplies No. S.O. 49(E)/15/TDRA/74 dated the 24th January, 1975.

In the second paragraph of the said Order, between serial Nos. 4 & 5 the word "Member Secretary" shall be inserted in the centre.
