New Delhi, the 18th March 1975
G.S.R. 151(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance), No. 14/75- Central Excises, dated the 1st March, 1975, namely:—
In the said notification, after the words "rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944,", the words "and all other powers enabling it in this behalf" shall be inserted,
