8.Ο. 143 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 5 ) of section 5 of the Emergency Risks ( Goods ) Insurance Act , 1971 (50 of 1971 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following scheme further to amend the Emergency Risks (Goods) Insurance Scheme published with the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue and Insurance ) No. S.O. 5483 , dated, the 10th December , 1971 , namely:-
1. ( 1 ) This scheme may be called the Emergency Risks ( Goods ) Insurance (Amend- ment ) Scheme , 1975 .
(2) It shall come into force on the 1st day of April , 1975 .
2. In the Emergency Risks ( Goods ) Insurance Scheme , in paragraph 10 , in sub - para- graph ( 1)
( i ) for the figures , letters and words " 31st day of March , 1975 " , the figures , Jetters and words "30th day of June , 1975 " shall be substituted;
( ii) in clause ( a) , for the figures, letters and words " 31st day of December , 1974 " the figures, letters and words " 31st day of March , 1975 " shall be substituted..

का ० प्रा० 113 ( अ) , आपात जोखिम (माल ) बीमा अधिनियम , 1971 ( 1971 का 50 ) की धारा 5 की उपधारः ( 5) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केद्रीय सरकार, भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व और वीमा विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं ० का ० ग्रा ० 5483 तारीख 10 दिसम्बर , 1971 के साथ प्रकाशित आपात जोखिम (माल ) बीमा स्कीम में और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित स्कीम बनाती, है अर्थात्ः--
1. ( 1 ) इसस्कीम का नाम आपत जोखिम (माल ) बीमा ( संशोधन ) स्कीम , 1975 हैं ।
( 2) यह 1 अप्रैल, 1975 को प्रवृत्त होगी
2. श्रापात जोखिम ( माल ) बीमा स्कीम में, पैरा 10 में, उपपरा ( 1 ) में--
( i) " 31 मार्च 1975 अंकों और शब्दों के स्थान पर, " 30 जून , 1975 अंक और गब्द रखे जाएंगे;
( ii) खण्ड ( क ) में " 31 दिमम्बर , 1974" अंकों और शब्दों के स्थान पर . " 31 मार्च, 1975" अंक और शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 6) of section 3 of the Emergency Risks ( Undertakings) Insurance Act , 1971 ( 51 of 1971 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following scheme further to amend the Emergency Risks (Undertakings) Insurance Scheme published with the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue and Insurance ) No , S.O. 5486 , dated the 10th December , 1971 , namely:-
1. ( 1 ) This scheme may be called the Emergency Risks ( Undertakings) Insurance (Amendment ) Scheme , 1975 .
(2) It shall come into force on the 1st day of April , 1975 .
2. In the Emergency Risks ( Undertakings ) Insurance Scheme , in paragraph 8. in sub- paragraph ( 1 ) —

का० आ० 144 ( प्र ) , श्रापात जोखिम ( उपक्रम ) बीमा अधिनियम , 1971 ( 1971 का 51 ) को धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 6 ) द्वारः प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार, भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( र.जस्व और बीमः विभाग ) की अधिसूचनर सं ० 5486 तारीख 10 दिसम्बर , 1971 वो माथ प्रकाशित श्रपात जोखिम ( उपक्रम ) बीमा स्कीम में और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित कीम बनाती है , अर्थात्ः ---
1. ( 1 ) इस स्कीम का नाम आपात जोखिम (उपक्रम ) वीमः ( संशोधन ) स्कीम , 1975 है ।
( 2 ) यह । श्रप्रैल , 1975 को प्रवृत्त होगी ।
2. आपात जोखिक ( उपक्रम) बीमा स्कीम में, पॅरा 8 में, उपपंग ( 1 ) में--
(i) " 31 मार्च , 1975 " , अंकों और शब्दों के स्थान पर 30 जून , 1975 अंक और शब्द रखे जाएंगे:
( ij ) खण्ड ( क ) में , " 31 दिसम्बर , 1974 " अंकों और शब्द के स्थान पर , " 31 मार्च , 1976 " अंक और शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।
