NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 21st March 1975
G.S.R. 156(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ('a) of section 8 of the Conservation of Foreign Exchange and Prevention of Smuggling Activities Act, 1974 (52 of 1974), the Central Government hereby constitutes an Advisory Board consisting of—
1. Hon'ble Mr. Justice Jagjit Singh, Judge of the Delhi High Court.
2. Hon'ble Mr. Justice S. N. Shankar, Judge of the Delhi High Court.
3. Hon'ble Mr. Justice V. S. Deshpande, Judge of the Delhi High Court, and appoints Hon'ble Mr. Justice Jagjit Singh to be its Chairman.
