NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 21st March 1975
S.O. 150(E)-In pursuance of sub-paragraph (1) of paragraph 4 of the Drugs (Prices
Control) Order, 1970, the Central Government hereby makes the following further
amendments to the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Petroleum,
Chemicals, Mines and Metals (Department of Mines and Metals) No. S.O. 1873, dated
the 18th May, 1970, namely:—
IN the Table annexed to the said Order, in the entries against Serial No. 3 relating
to "Vitamin C" in the entry In column 2, the following brackets, letters, figures and
words shall be added at the end, namely;—
"'(Rs. 11634 per kg. if manufactured by a unit which commenced commercial
production of Vitamin C lor the first time after the 31st day of March.
