CENTRAL EXCISES
New Delhi, the 24th March 1975
G.S.R. 159(E).—In pursuance of rule 96 J of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 41/65-Central Excises, dated the 28th February, 1965, namely:—
ID the said notification—
(i) in the first proviso, for the letters, figures and words "Rs. 80 per powerloom per quarter or Rs. 300/- per powerloom per year" the letters, figures and words "Rs. 100.00 per powerloom per quarter or Rs. 400.00 per powerloom per year" shall bo substituted;
