NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 25th March 1975
G.S.R. 162(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Compulsory Deposit Scheme (Income-tax Payers) Act, 1974 (38 of 1974), the Central Government hereby makes the following scheme to amend the Compulsory Deposit (Income-tax Payers) Scheme, 1974, namely:—
(1) This Scheme may be called the Compulsory Deposit (Income-tax Payers) (Amendment) Scheme, 1975.
(2) In paragraph 3 of the Compulsory Deposit (Income-tax Payers) Scheme, 1974,— (a) the words "so, however, that not more than one deposit shall be made in 'any quarter" shall be omitted;
(b) in the Explanation,—
