In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act , 1963 ( 38 of 1963 ) , read with sub -section (6) of the said section, the Central Government hereby constitutes , with effect from the 1st day of April , 1975 , a Board of Trustees , in respect of the Port of Bombay , to be called the Board of Trustees of the Port of Bombay , consisting of the following Trustees , namely :-

सा० का० नि० 166 ( श्र ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , महापत्तनन्यास अधिनियम , 1963 ( 1963 का 38 ) की धारा 6 के साथ पठित उक्त धारा की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुये , 1 अप्रैल , 1975 से मुम्बई पत की बाबत मुम्बई पत्तन न्यासी बोर्ड के नाम से ज्ञात एक न्यास बोर्ड गठित करती है जिसमें निम्न विधित न्यासी होंगे, अर्थात्:-
