NOTIFICATIONS
New Delhi , the 31st March 1975
S.O. 162 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clauseuse ( a) of sub - section (3) of section 17 of the Employees Provident Funds and Family Pension Fund Act, 1952 (19 of 1952 ) , and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India , in the Ministry of Labour No. S.O. 683E dated the 30th November , 1974 , the Central Government hereby directs that every employer in relation to an establishment exempted under clause ( a) or clause ( b ) of sub - section ( 1 ) of section 17 of the said Act or in relation to an employee or a class of employees exempted under paragraph 27. or as the case may be , paragraph 27A of the Employees ' Provident Funds Scheme , 1952 , shall transfer the monthly provident fund contributions within fifteen days of the close of the month toto the Board of Trustees , duly constituted in respect of that establishment , and that the said Board of Trustees shall invest every month , within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the said amounts from the employer , the provided fund accumulations , that isto say , the contributions , interest and sundry receipts as reduced by any obligatory outgoings , in accordance with the following pattern , namely :-
45% (1 ) Central Government securities
( li ) State Government securities and State or Central Govern-
25% ment guaranteed securities .
30% ( iii ) Post Office Time Deposits and Small Savings
The above pattern will be in force for the period from 1st April , 1975 to 30th April, 1975 .

2. All re - investment of provident fund accumulations ( whether invested in securities created and issued by the Central Government or in savings certificates issued by the Central Government or in securities created and issued by a State Government ) shall also be made according to the pattern mentioned in paragraph 1 above ,
3. The Board of Trustees shall formulate proper procedure for prompt invest- ment or re - investment of accumulations in accordance with the aforesaid direc- tions and shall have it approved by the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner concerned .

क ० अ ०162 ( श्र) कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि और कुटुम्ब पेंशन निधि अधिनियम, 1952 (1952 का 19 ) की धारा 17 की उप- धारा ( 3 ) के खण्ड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार के श्रम मंस्तालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का ० श्रा ० 683 श्र, दिनांक 30 नवम्बर , 1974 के अधिकमण में , केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वार। निदेश देती है कि उक्त अधिनियम की धार 17 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( क) या ( ख ) के अधीन छूट प्राप्त स्थापन से सम्बद्ध या कर्मचारीरी भविष्य निधि स्कीम , 1952 के पैरा 27 या , यथास्थिति, पैरा 27 -क के अधीन छूट प्राप्त किसी कर्मचारी या कर्मचारियों के वर्ग से सम्बद्ध प्रत्येक नियोजक भविष्य निधि के मासिक श्रभिदाय उस स्थापन की बाबत सम्यक् रूप से गठित न्यासी बोर्ड को मासान्त के पन्द्रह दिन; के भीतर अन्तरित कर देगा और उक्त न्यासी- बोर्ड भविष्य निधि संघयनों को , अर्थात् अभिदायों , ब्याज और विविध प्राप्तियों को, बाध्यकर निर्गमों को कम कर के , निम्नलिखित नमूने के अनुसार हर मास , नियोजक से उक्त रक्भों की प्राप्ति की तारीख से दो सप्ताह की अवधि के भीतर विनिहित करेगा , अर्थात्: --
( 1 ) केन्द्रीय सरकार प्रतिभूतियों में
45%
( 2) राज्य सरकार प्रतिभूतियों में श्रीर राज्य सरकारों या केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा गारन्टी में प्रतिभूतियों ।

30% ( 3) डाकघरों में श्रावधिक जमाओं और लघु बचतों में
उपर्युक्त नमूना प्रथम अप्रैल , 1975 से 30 अप्रैल , 1975 तक की अवधि के लिए प्रवृत्त रहेगा ।
2. भविष्य निधि संचयनों के सभी पुनविनिधान ( चाहे केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा सृष्ट भौर जारी की गई प्रतिभूतियों में विनिहित किए जाएं या केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा जारी किए गए ३ स प्रमाण - पक्षों में या किसी राज्य सरकार द्वारा सृष्ट और जारी की गई प्रतिभूतियों में ) भी ऊपर पैरा -1 में उपवणित नमूने के अनुसार किए जायेगे ।
3. न्यासी-बोर्ड संचयनों के पूर्वोक्त निदेशों के अनुदार तत्काल विनिधान या पुविनिधान के लिए उचित प्रक्रिया बनाएगा और उसे संबंधित प्रादेशिक भविष्य निधि आयुष्त से अनुमोदित कराएगा ।

का ० अ ०163 ग्र ) . कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि स्कीम के पैरा 62 के उप - परा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार के श्रम मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का ० श्र ० 684-अ , दिना 30 नवम्बर , 1974 के अधिक्रमण में केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा निदेश देती है कि भविष्य निधि अभिदायों के संचयनों , ब्याज और अन्य प्राप्तियों, को बाध्यकर निर्गमों को कम करके, निम्नलिखित नमूने के अनुसार विनिहित किया आयेगा , अर्थात्: --
45% ( 1 ) केन्द्रीय सरकार प्रतिभूतियों में
25% ( 2 ) राज्य सरकार प्रतिभूतियों में और राज्य या केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा गारन्टीकृत प्रतिभूतियों में ।
30% ( 3 ) डाकघरों में श्रावधिक जमाओं और लघु बचतों में
उपर्युक्त नमूना प्रथम अप्रैल , 1975 से 30 अप्रैल , 1975 तक की अवधि के लिए प्रवृत्त रहेगा ।
