NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 4th April 1975

G.S.R. 190(E)—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (1) of clause 4 of the Vegetable Oil Products Control Order 1947, the Vegetable Oil Products Controller for India hereby makes the following Order further to amend Vegetable Oil Products (Standards of Quality) Order, 1972, namely:—

1. (1) This Order may be called the Vegetable Oil Products (Standards of Quality) Amendment Order 1975.

(2) It shall come into force at once. 2. M clause 2 of the Vegetable Oil Products (Standards of Quality) Order 1972,—

(1) In sub-clause (1),—

(a) In paragraph (a), after Item (viii), the following items shall be inserted, namely:—

"(ix) Mahua oil

(x) Nigerseed oil

(xi) Watermelon seed oil";

(b) in paragraph (b), for the letter and figures "A. 17.06", the letters and figures"A 17.05. A. 17.12" shall be substituted: (2) in sub-clause (2), in paragraph (a) item (iii) "Refined nigerseed oil" shall be omitted. [No. 9-VP(l)/74] S. V.
