IMPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi, the 1th April 1975
S.O. 168 (E)/I. E.C.A./3/4/75.—In excercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Imports (Control) Order, 1955, namely :
1 This Order may be called the Imports (Control) 2nd Amendment Order, 1975.
2. In Schedule I to the Imports (Control) Order, 1955 :
(A) In part II
(1) For sub-serial numbers 17(b) and 28(4) and the entries relating thereto the follo- wing sub-serial numbers and entries shall be substituted, namely :
