8.O. 169 (E) /IECA/3/5/75.-In exerciseexercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports ( Control ) Act , 1947 ( 18 of 1947) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Imports (Control ) Order, 1955 , namely:-
1: This Order may be called the Imports (Control ) Third Amendment Order , 1975 .
2. In the Imports ( Control ) Order , 1955- In Clause 11 , sub-clause (2) , the following amendments shall be made , namely :-
(i) in sub- item b ( i ) , the existing value limit shall be raised from two thousand rupees to five thousand rupees ;
( ii ) in sub- item (e) , the existing value limits shall be raised from two thousand rupees to five thousands rupees and from eight thousand , two hundred and fifty rupeesto twenty five thousand rupees ;
(ili) in sub - item (g) , the existing value limit shall be raised from five hundred rupees to one thousand rupees ; and
(iv) the existing sub- item (h) shall be substituted as under:--
"(h) Life saving equipment ;-
(i ) by hospital or medical institutions for their own use;

( il ) by any individual for his personal use on production of an essentiality certificate from the State Director of Medical Services or Director General Health Services , New Delhi , to the customs authorities ;
Provided the life saving equipment imported is of the description specified in Schedule V.

एस ० श्रो० 169 ( प्र ) आई ० ई० सी० ए ०३// 5'75 श्रायात तथा निर्यात (नियंत्रण) अधिनियम 1947 ( 1947 का 18 ) के खंड उ द्वारा प्रदत्त अधिकारों का प्रयोग कर केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्द्वारा आयात ( नियंत्रण ) आदेश, 1955 में और आगे संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित श्रादेश का निर्माण करती है , अर्थात्:-
1. इस आदेश को आयात ( नियंत्रण ) तृतीय संशोधन आदेश 1975 की संज्ञा दी जाए ।
2. आयात ( नियंत्रण ) आदेण , 1955 में धारा 11 , उपधारा ( 2 ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन किए जाएंगे अर्थात:-
( 1) उप -मद बी ( 1 ) में वर्तमान मूल्य सीमा को वो हजार रुपए से बढ़ाकर पांच हजार रुपए कर दिया जाएगा ;
( 2) उर-मद ( ई ) में वर्तनान मूल्य सीमां को दो हजार रुपए से बढ़ा कर पांच हजार सए और आड हजार दो सौ पचास रुपए से बढ़ा कर पच्चीस हजार रुपए कर दिया जाएगा ;
( 3 ) उप- मव (जी ) में वर्तमान मूल्य सीमा को 500 रुपए से बढ़ाकर एक हजार रुपए कर दिया जाएगा और
( 4) वर्तनान उप-मद ( एच ) को इस प्रकार से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा: -- "( एच ) प्राण रक्षक उपकरण
( 1) असताल अथवा चिकित्सा संस्थानों द्वारा उन के स्वयं के प्रयोग के लिए ;
( 2) किसी भी व्यक्ति द्वारा उस के व्यक्तिगत उपयोग के लिए राज्य निवेशक विकित्सा सेत्रा से या स्वास्थ्य सेत्रा-महानिदेशक नई दिल्ली से अनिवार्यत प्रमाण पत्र को सोमा शुल्क प्राधिकारियों को प्रस्तुत करने पर ;
बशत कि आयातित प्राण रक्षक उपकरण अनुसूची 5 में विशिष्टिकृत विवरण का है ।

8.0. 170 (E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1947 ( 18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment to the Open General Licence No. IV , published in the THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY

Government of India, late Ministry of Commerce and Industry , Import Trade Control Order No. 2/61 dated the 28th February , 1961 , as subsequently amended , namely:-
In the said Licence , in item ( iii) , in sub- clause ( A) , the existing value limit of Rs . 1000 shall be read as Rs . 2000 .

खुला सामान्य लाइसेंस सं ० 4--संशोधन
1947 एस ० प्रो० 170 ( प्र) -श्रायात तथा निर्यात ( नियंत्रण ) अधिनियम, ( 1947 का 18 ) के खंड 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त अधिकारों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा भूतपूर्व वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय , भारत सरकार , के आयात व्यापार नियंत्रण आदेश 2/61 , दिनांक 28 फरवरी, 1961 , जिसे बाद में संशोधित किया गया, में प्रकाशित खुला सामान्य लाइसेंस सं ० 4 में भौर भागे संशोधन करती है, अर्थात् --
उक्त लाइसेंस में मद ( 3 ) में उप-मद-धारा ( ए ) में , उप-धारा 1000 रुपये की वर्तमान्न मूल्य सोमा 2000 साये पढ़ो जाएगी ।
