No. F. 3(9)-NS/75.-This Ministry's Notification No. F. 3(11)-NS/72 dated the 16th October, 1973, as amended by subsequent Notification No. F. 3(ll)-NS/72 dated the 1st November, 1973, No. F. 3(31)-NS/73 dated 1st February, 1974 and No. F. 2(22)-NS/74 dated the 1st January, 1975, is hereby further 'amended as under:—

For the existing sub-paragraph below paragraph 2, the following shall be substituted, namely;—

"Accounts which have not been operated upon during the past 6 years and have been actually treated as "silent accounts" by the Post Office under the prescribed procedure within the meaning of Rule 15 of the Post Office Savings Bank Rules, 1965, shall not be eligible for inclusion in the Draw".
