G.S.R. 295 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 3 of the All India Services Act , 1951 ( 61 of 1951 ) , read with sub - rule ( 1 ) , and the first proviso to sub - rule ( 2 ) , of rule 4 of the Indian Administrative Service ( Cadre) Rules , 1954 , the Central Government , in consultation with the Government of Tamil Nadu , hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Administrative Service ( Fixation of Cadre Strength ) Regula- tions , 1955 , namely :-
1. (1) These regulations may be called the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength ) 13th Amendment Regulations , 1975 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Schedule to the Indian Administrative Service ( Fixation of Cadre Strength ) Regulations , 1955, for the heading " Tamil Nadu " and the entries occur- ring thereunder , the following shall be substituted , namely:

मा० १.१० ति० 295 ( अ) -भारतीय प्रशासन वा ( संवर्ग ) नियम, 1954 के नियम 4 के उप - नियम ( 2 ) के प्रथम परन्तुक और उप- नियम ( 1 ) के साथ पठित अखिल भारतीय सेवा अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 61 ) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार, तमिलनाडु सरकार के परामर्ण गे , भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा (संवर्ग संख्या का नियतन ) विनियम , 1955 में आगे संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है, अर्थात्:
1. ( 1 ) इन विनियमों का नाम भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( संवर्ग संख्या का नियतन ) तेरहवां संशोधन विनियम , 1975 है ।
( 2 ) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवत्त होंगे ।

है । 1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का नाम भारतीय प्रणामन सेवा ( वेतन ) आठवां संशोधन नियम , 1975
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत ोंगे ।

2. भारतीय प्रशासन सेवा ( वेतन ) नियम 1954 में-
(क) अनुसूची- iii में क - राज्य सरकारों के अधीन भारतीय प्रणासन सेवा में समय बेतनमान से अधिक वेतन वाले पद "सारणी " में "तमिलनाडु" के पहले कालम में उल्लिखित प्रविष्टियों तथा दूसरे और तीसरे कालमों में वी गई तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा अर्थात् :---
