NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 28th May 1975

S.O. 233(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Gold (Control) Act, 1968 (45 of 1968), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri J. Banerjee, Member, Central Board of Excise and Customs and ex-officio Additional Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance), as Administrator, in addition to his own duties, vice Shri M. G. Abrol.

2. This notification shall be deemed to have conic into force on the 19th May, 1975.
