ORDER
New Delhi, the 28th May 1975
S.O. 234(E)/18A/IDRA/73.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 18A of the industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development No. S.O. 601(E)/18A/IDRA/74, dated the 8th October, 1974, namely:—
In the said Order, under the heading "Members", after following serial number 3, the following serial number shall be inserted, namely:—
"4. Shri C. R. Guha Majumdar, I.A.S., Secretary, Department of Closed and Sick Industries, Government of West Bengal, Calcutta."
