New Delhi, the 30th May, 1975
G.S.R. 308(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 20 of the Produce Cess Act, 1966 (15 of 1966), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Produce Cess Rules, 1969 :—
1. (1) These rules may be called the Produce Cess (Amendment) Rules, 1975.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette, 2. In the Produce Cess Rules, 1969, in Form C, for item 9 and the entries relating thereto, the following item and entries shall be substituted, namely :— "9. Stock position for the month of
