ORDER
New Delhi, the 30TH May 1975
S.O. 235(E)/18E/IDRA./75.—Whereas by the Order of the Government, of India in the Ministry of Industrial Development No S.O. 725(E)/18A/IDRA/72 dated the 25th November, 1972, issued under section 18A of the industries (Development and Regula- tion) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government has authorised the Industrial Re- construction Corporation of India Limited, Calcutta, to take over the management of the industrial undertaking known as M/s. India Machinery Company Limited, Howrah (here- after in this Order referred to as the said industrial undertaking) for the period specified therein;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 18E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby specifies, in the schedule annexed hereto the exceptions, restrictions and limitations subject to which the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956) shall continue to apply to the said industrial undertaking in the same manner as it applied thereto before the issue of the Order under section 18A.
THE SCHEDULE
Provisions of the Companies Act, 1956
Exceptiors, restrictions and limitations subject, to which the provisions mentioned in column (1) shall apply to the under- taking.
