ORDER New Delhi, the 30th May 1975
S.O. 236(E)/18E/IDRA/75—Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industrial Development No. S.O. 727(E)/18A/IDRA/72 dated the 29th November, 1972, issued under section 18A of the Industries (Development and Regula- tion) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government has authorised the Industrial Reconstruction Corporation of India Limited, Calcutta, to take over the management of the industrial undertaking known as M/s. Containers and Closures Limited, Calcutta (hereafter in this Order referred to as the said industrial undertaking) for the period specified therein;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 18E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby specifics, in the schedule annexed hereto, the exceptions, restrictions and limitations subject to which the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956) shall continue to apply to the said industrial undertaking in the same manner as it applied thereto before the issue of the Order under section 18A.
