MINISTRY OF INDUSTRY AND CIVIL SUPPLIES ORDER New Delhi, the 30th May 1975

S.O. 237(E)/18E/IDRA/75.—Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industrial Development No. S.O. 695(E)/18AA/lDRA/72, dated the 3rd November, 1972, issued under section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regula- tion) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government has authorised the Industrial Reconstruction Corporation of India Limited, Calcutta, to take over the management of the industrial undertaking known as M/s. Ganesh Flour Mills Company Limited, Delhi (hereafter in this Order referred to as the said industrial undertaking) for the period specified therein;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 18E read with sub-section (5) of section 18AA of the said Act, (he Central Government speci- fics, in the schedule annexed hereto, the exceptions, restrictions and limitations subject to which the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956) shall continue to apply to the said indus- trial undertaking in the same manner as it. applied thereto before the issue of the Order under section 18AA.

THE SCHEDULE

Exceptions, restrictions and limitations subject to which the Provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 provisions mentioned in column (1) shall apply to the industrial undertaking
