NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 31st May 1975
G.S.R. 312(E)/ESS.COM/GUR.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 4 of the Gur (Regulation of Use) Order 1968, the Central Government hereby authorises all Excise Officers not below the rank of Sub-Inspectors of Excise in the Union Territory of Goa Daman and Diu to exercise the powers conferred by the said clause within their respective jurisdiction and makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Food Agriculture, Community Development and Cooperation (Department of Food), No G.S.R.993/Ess Com/Gur, dated the 23rd May, 1968, namely —
In the said notification, after item (xxiv) and the entries relating thereto, the following item and entries shall be inserted namely:—
