NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 31st May 1975
S.O. 241 (E).—In pursuance of the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Home Affairs No. S.O. 208 (E), dated the 16th May, 1975, the Central Government hereby appoints the 2nd day of June, 1975, as the date on which the following Acts shall come into force in the State of Sikkim. namely:—
(i) The Indian Telegraph Act, 1885 (13 of 1885).
(ii) The Indian Wireless Telegraphy Act, 1933 (17 of 1933).
(ill) The Telegraph Wires (Unlawful Possession) Act, 1950 (74 of 1975).
